We want you to be fully satisfied with your Rockport purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear in its original shoe box and secure it inside a shipping carton with the return label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.
